Scope:
Clients that have purchased Direct Data Access (DDA) and downloaded the CA bundle prior to September 2019 will need to download the latest version because Amazon has updated the certificates.  

Issue
The DDA SSL certificates are going to expire soon and new certificates will be applied over the next few weeks. This requires clients to update their local tools.  Failure to do so will result in connection issues with your DDA environment. 

 

Client Actions Needed
Extract from Bb Help is available for clients using DDA.

 

Certificate Update Schedule

  • Stage
    • Jan 14 – New certs will be needed for DDA Stage access 
  • Production:
    • Jan 21 through Jan 28 – New certs will be needed for DDA Prod access
