Emergency Hotfix For US-SAS (Virginia Hosted):

  • US-SAS (Virginia Hosted): Monday, January 30, 2017 from 04:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) UTC/GMT -5 hours to  Monday, January 30, 2017 05:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) UTC/GMT -5 hours

Affected Users: Collaborate Web Conferencing Clients (Collaborate with the Ultra experience and Collaborate Original) hosted at our US datacenter.  This maintenance will affect all clients joining Collaborate Web Conferencing (Collaborate with the Ultra experience and Collaborate Original) sessions, running sessions should not be affected by this US-SAS hotfix.

Details: During the times listed above Blackboard Collaborate will be performing maintenance at our US (Virginia Hosted) datacenters, this maintenance will resolve SAS outages that have been recently introduced.
