Single Line Spacing in Ultra Discussions is Difficult to Read and Can Cause Accessibility Issues

Description:
In Ultra content, the line spacing of the text is set to 1.5, which makes it easier for a user to read. In Ultra discussions, the line spacing is set to 1.0, which is cramped, and causes the letters on subsequent lines to touch.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn SaaS environment (with Ultra experience) as System Admin
  2. Create a new Ultra course
  3. Create a Discussion Forum and add text
Expected Behavior:
The line spacing is 1.5, which is the same spacing as other areas of the Ultra course

Observed Behavior:
The text is single spaced and can touch in areas.  The spacing is cramped and can be more difficult to read than in other areas of the Ultra course
