Description:
SaaS Environments return an error message when the Goal Performance report is run for a Student.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into the Environment as a System Administrator
  2. Navigate to My Blackboard > Tools > Goal Performance
  3. View list of Students
  4. Click on any Student Username
Expected Behavior:
The results of the report would be displayed
 
Observed Behavior:
SQL compilation error:
Unsupported subquery type cannot be evaluated
