Deleting Journal Links in Converted Ultra Course Deletes the Whole Journal

Description:
When journal links are deleted in an Ultra course, which was converted from an Original course, deletes the whole journal.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Access an original course with journal links
  3. Archive the course
  4. Restore the course and convert to ultra course view
  5. Go to any journal in the course content 
  6. Delete journal 
  7. Click on the next section of the lesson plans
Observed Behavior:
The course content section no longer opens.

Expected Behavior:
Course content section opens and is editable.
