Unable to Drag and Drop Images in Test Questions

Unable to Drag and Drop Images in Test Questions.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Go to System admin
  3. Using the Student Preview, access a course and open a test
  4. Click on Content Editor
  5. Click on Image Option
  6. Try to drag and drop the image
 

Observed Behavior:
The insert image section freezes and will not render any image.

Expected Behavior:
Image should be rendered and displayed in preview mode.
