In Ultra Selected Test Answers are not Being Highlighted When High Contrast Mode is Set

Description:
In Ultra, test answers that have been selected are not highlighted when the high contrast mode is enabled.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Access an Ultra Course and create a new test with multiple-choice questions
  3. Access the course as a student and take the test
  4. Select an answer. The selection is highlighted in black
  5. On the PC's desktop, right-click and select 'Personalization'. The background window should appear
  6. In the background window, scroll down and click on High Contrast Settings
  7. In the high contrast window, turn on 'High Contrast'
  8. Once changed to high contrast, go back to the online test/quiz

Observed Behavior:
The user cannot see which answer has been selected.

Expected Behavior:
The user should see the selected answers while high contrast mode is enabled.
