Some users are experiencing frequent logouts from the Blackboard Mobile App while trying to log in.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Mobile App as a student

Observed Behavior:
The user gets logged out within the same day of logging in.

Expected Behavior: 
The user's login is retained for 30 days according to the mobile building block settings.
