The Destination Course List is not Alphabetically Sorted When Copying Content

Description:
In the Original view, when the copy option is used on a created item, the destination course list is not sorted alphabetically. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn with Original experience as an Administrator.
  2. Create and access a course
  3. Create an item 
  4. Click on the chevron next to the created item in step 3 > Copy > Click on the drop-down list in the 'Destination Course' section
Observed Behavior: The courses are not listed alphabetically.
Expected Behavior: The courses are listed alphabetically.





Target Release:

Functioning as Designed. The courses are sorted as per their correlated PKs.
