Blackboard will be performing unplanned maintenance for the Collaborate whiteboard feature in the Canada (AWS Montreal) region during the times listed below. Collaborate will be fully functional during this maintenance window except for the whiteboard feature, which will be unavailable.

Details: The Collaborate whiteboard feature will be unavailable during this maintenance window. Collaborate will be fully functional otherwise. Blackboard will make every effort to complete this maintenance in less than an hour to minimize whiteboard downtime. We have selected this maintenance window based on usage data, as it is the lowest impacting time for all CA hosted clients.
