VTBE with TinyMCE 5 does not Keep the Font Selected After Saving the Content

Description:
In Original course view: when creating a new item on Course Content on the content information, using the Tiny 5 based VTBE, the font is not applied.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator or Instructor
  2. Select a Course
  3. Create a new Content Item
  4. Copy and Paste Content in the item or type the Content in the item
  5. Create multiple paragraphs. (Verify that Times New Roman is the default text font in the Content Editor)
  6. Select All of the Content
  7. Change the text font to Times New Roman or change it to Arial
  8. Select Submit to Save the Content
  9. Edit the Content and change the text font back to Times New Roman
Observed Behavior:
The text appears in Arial font (or the Standard Sans-serif text font)

Expected Behavior:
The text appears in Times New Roman text font
