Blackboard will be performing unplanned maintenance for several Collaborate features in the APAC and Europe regions during the times listed below. Collaborate will be fully functional during this maintenance window except for the following features, which will be unavailable at times during the window.
  • Collaborate breakout rooms based on the Learn groups (sessions created via Learn building block only)
  • Bulk Recording Transfer/Copy/Delete
    • unable to show list of jobs
    • unable to create, start or stop job - already running jobs are not affected
    • unable to download report
  • Automated recording captioning
