Description:
In Ultra, when a student is taking a test with the "One-question- at- a- time" function enabled and s/he answers a question, the answer is not fully saved. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
  2. As a student, access an Ultra course and open a test or assessment 
  3. On the test enable the "One-question- at- a- time" function 
  4. Answer the question 
  5. Go to the next question, answer it and return to the previous one
Observed Behavior: 
Student's answers are not fully saved as s/he navigates through pages in a test.

Expected Behavior: 
Student's answers are fully saved as s/he navigates through pages in a test.
